We chose the deer as our emblem for what it embodies — gentleness, poise and quiet presence. It is how we believe hospitality should feel: graceful, attentive, never intrusive.
Every Lady Deer hostess is trained in the etiquette of traditional service — how gahwa is poured, how a guest is greeted, how presence is kept warm yet discreet. Dressed in our signature cream uniform with black lace gloves and pearls, they are instantly recognisable and quietly unforgettable.
