For weddings and large receptions we recommend four to eight weeks so styling, florals and staffing can be prepared without compromise. Graduations and smaller gatherings can often be arranged within two to three weeks — and it is always worth asking about closer dates.

We are based in the UAE and serve events across the Emirates. For venues further afield, message us with the location and we will confirm availability.

Our signature hostesses in full uniform, the traditional gahwa and tea ritual with all serviceware — dallahs, finjans, stands and trays — plus welcome drinks or canapé service if selected. Everything arrives styled, served and cleared by us.

As a guide, one hostess serves roughly 25–30 guests comfortably. We will recommend the right team size once we know your guest count and the services you have chosen.
